SITE MANAGER – POWER PLANT

FRAG Srl ricerca un Capocantiere / Site Manager che supervisionerà l’andamento dei lavori per la costruzione di un impianto in ambito Biomassa e/o Biometano (Waste-to-Renewable Energy) in Spagna e Portogallo.


Principali Responsabilità:

  • Gestione delle imprese subappaltatrici addette alla realizzazione delle opere civili, montaggi meccanici, montaggi elettrici e strumentali
  • Gestione delle attività e del personale in sito, redazione di programmi esecuzione
  • Gestione stato di avanzamento lavori (SAL)
  • Gestione delle attività di costruzione e ammodernamento
  • Gestione ingressi in cantiere del personale (PTW)
  • Interfacciarsi con i responsabili. per la soluzione di eventuali problematiche contrattuali, tecniche ed organizzative
  • Supervisione alla esecuzione delle opere
  • Verifica dello stato dei materiali
  • Verifica l'aggiornamento continuo dei disegni fino al rilascio finale as-built
  • Verifica documentazione sicurezza
  • Ottimizzare i costi di montaggio e l'uso di risorse e strumenti
  • Trasferire le responsabilità dell'impianto al team di commissioning, collaborando con loro per il proseguo delle attività
  • Completare e gestire le punch list


Requisiti:

  • Diploma perito Meccanico
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Capo Cantiere su progetti nel settore Power, WTE, Biomassa, Biometano
  • Buone capacità nelle relazioni personali e di gestione imprese subappaltatrici.
  • Conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici e dei principali software (Word, Excel, ecc.).
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Spagnola
