FRAG srl ricerca di un Project Manager per la gestione degli aspetti ingegneristici relativi all’ambito Elettrostrumentale all’interno del settore Chimico / Petrolchimico.

La risorsa dovrà occuparsi principalmente di controllare l’operato delle società d’ingegneria esterne sugli studi svolti in relazione al progetto assegnato e successivamente creare delle specifiche tecniche da sottoporre all’ufficio acquisti, indicando il valore delle persone, del materiale, ecc. necessario per la finalizzazione del progetto.

Principali Responsabilità:

Coordinamento e gestione delle Società di Ingegneria esterne per la realizzazione dei vari progetti di investimento nell’area strumentale / automazione (80%) ed elettrica (20%)
Gestione di progetti CAPEX di piccole e medie dimensioni con particolare attenzione alla progettazione di componenti meccanici dell'impianto e tubazioni, dallo studio di fattibilità alla messa in servizio
Verificare che l'esecuzione dei progetti assegnati avvenga nel rispetto di tutti gli obiettivi in termini di tempistiche, costi e qualità
Verificare il rispetto della conformità a tutte le normative, compresi i processi ambientali, di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e di gestione interna dei progetti
Gestire le attività in coordinamento con le funzioni Produzione e Manutenzione per garantirne gli standard qualitativi
Aggiornamento degli archivi tecnici e loro eventuale riorganizzazione, aggiornamento di disegni in Autocad o di standard aziendali (specifiche tecniche)
Supportare il Responsabile della Progettazione il Project Engineer nelle attività di progettazione e realizzazione degli investimenti, ad esempio:
- L’interfaccia con studi e/o consulenti esterni
- Verifica e commenti agli elaborati prodotti dagli studi
- Predisposizione di specifiche tecniche e/o capitolati per richieste di offerta (RDO) relative a progettazione e fornitura di apparecchiature e/o materiali, montaggi e/o servizi vari
- Emissione di RDA allegando i documenti necessari all’ufficio acquisti per richiedere le offerte
- Ricezione delle offerte tecniche, da parte dei fornitori, verifica e allineamento tecnico con il fornitore
- Supervisionare i montaggi elettro-strumentali di nuovi impianti e delle varie apparecchiature garantendo il rispetto dei programmi di esecuzione e dei costi
- Verificare la qualità dei montaggi (in termini di materiali e realizzazione) e la rispondenza alle specifiche / capitolati di acquisto
- Raccogliere le eventuali modifiche della documentazione di progetto per consentire la realizzazione finale degli “as-built” e verificare gli eventuali “out of scope”
- Interfacciarsi con le altre funzioni aziendali e con l’eventuale team di progetto (project planner, CSE e supervisori montaggi meccanici e civili) per garantire la continuità dei lavori ed evitare interferenze tra i vari contrattisti
- Controllare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori per il benestare alla liquidazione delle competenze delle imprese (SAL, SALDI, ecc.)
- Supervisionare i loop test e i collaudi degli impianti elettro-strumentali e delle varie apparecchiature, predisponendone i circuiti, verificando la documentazione di qualità del costruttore e raccogliendo la documentazione finale ed eventuali collaudi presso i fornitori
- Verificare la disponibilità e la rispondenza della documentazione finale predisposta dai fornitori alle specifiche / capitolati
- Effettuare eventuali prove di esplosività nelle aree soggette al Titolo IV

Requisiti:

Laurea in ingegneria Elettrotecnica o di Automazione
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella conduzione di team di progetto / contractors nel campo della meccanica e impiantistica in ambito Chimico e/o Petrolchimico
Esperienza nella gestione delle specifiche relative alla parte elettrostrumentale all’interno dei progetti
Esperienza nel controllo di progetti Capex (previsioni, pianificazione, costi e scadenze)
Ottima conoscenza degli standard di sicurezza, meglio se applicati nel settore Chimico / Petrolchimico
Ottima conoscenza dei programmi come Word, Excel, Autocad
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese

3) Provision of data and refusal
3.1 - The provision of common personal data, details, former art. 35 of the regulation and judicial is optional but essential and necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in the previous point 1).
3.2 - Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data in the case referred to in this point 3) makes it impossible to carry out the activities referred to in point 1).
3.3. In the event of spontaneous sending of curricula, FRAG SRL may process the personal data contained therein, if of interest to the authorization for the processing of the data contained therein.
3.4 - It may happen that in the curriculum of which FRAG SRL comes into possession, special, criminal or specific risks are also contained. In this case, FRAG SRL may only process data relevant for the purpose of assessing your professional attitude, to the extent that the acquisition of such information is strictly necessary for the establishment of the collaboration relationship and not in contrast with the provisions of the Regulation EU, of the Provisions and General Authorizations of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, of the Legislative Decree n. 276/2003, of the Law n. 300/1970 (c.d. 4) Data addressees and communications
Personal data may be disclosed to the persons in charge of processing and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point 1) to employees, external collaborators, client companies that have granted direction to search for candidates and, generally, to all those public and private subjects to whom the communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1. Personal data may also be communicated or otherwise made available to public or private subjects in order to fulfill obligations under laws, regulations or by the Community legislation.

5) Data dissemination and transfer abroad
Personal data are not subject to disclosure. Personal data may be communicated and transferred, for the purposes referred to in point 1, to companies based outside the EU or for the research for candidates in non-EU countries. 6) Data retention

The criteria used to determine the retention period are linked to the duration of the research and selection of personnel, training courses and the performance of statistical and research studies. In any case, the maximum data retention time is estimated at 36 months from the beginning of the processing.

7) Access, rectification, cancellation (right to be forgotten), opposition and data portability
It is your right to ask the data controller the access to personal data and to correct, erase or forget them, or to limit the processing of your personal data or to oppose their processing. It is also your right to request the portability of data, or to obtain the data in a structured format of common use and readable by an automatic device to transmit it to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller.

8) Withdrawal of consent
If the processing, even of particular data, is based on the consent [on the article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation, or on the article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) of the Regulation], it is your right to revoke the very consent at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
