Programma

Il corso in AUTOMAZIONE INDUSTRIALE sarà strutturato in 3 moduli:

1) PRINCIPI DI STRUMENTAZIONE INDUSTRIALE, DOCUMENTAZIONE E STRUMENTI DI MISURA
  • INTRODUZIONE ALLA SIMBOLOGIA ISA
  • PRINCIPI DI SICUREZZA (Cenni ATEX e SIL)
2) FONDAMENTI DI AUTOMAZIONE, DOCUMENTI, STRATEGIE E SISTEMI DI CONTROLLO - 16 ORE
  • ELENCHI I/O
  • DOCUMENTI DI RIFERIMENTO
  • SPECIFICHE FUNZIONALI
  • LOGICHE, CAUSA/EFFETTI, DIAGRAMMI DI FLUSSO
  • SPECIFICHE DI COLLAUDO
  • STAMPE E SALVATAGGI APPLICATIVI
  • QUADRI TRADIZIONALI – Sala quadri, pannelli, logiche cablate
  • SISTEMI DI CONTROLLO – PLC, DCS, ESD, F&G

  • FASI DI PROGETTO – Base, Dettaglio, Costruzione, Messa in servizio, SAT, Avviamento, Rapporti con Fornitori e Clienti
  • INTERAZIONE CON ALTRE DISCIPLINE – Processo, Meccanici, Macchinisti, HSE, Elettrici, Acquisti
  • S88.01 (impianti di tipo batch)

Durata

Il corso avrà una durata di 20 ore e sarà suddiviso in 5 lezioni della durata di 4 ore ciascuna.

Sede

Il corso sarà erogato in modalità ibrida tramite la piattaforma TEAMS o in presenza presso la sede FRAG.

Docenti

Natale Premoli: Professionista con esperienza internazionale nell’ambito dell’automazione industriale con oltre 40 anni di lavoro nella progettazione, programmazione e messa a servizio di sistemi di controllo.
