MECHANICAL STATIC EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

FRAG srl ricerca un Mechanical Static Equipment Engineer con esperienza in ambito impiantistico.

La risorsa si occuperà della progettazione e delle specifiche tecniche relative alle attrezzature meccaniche statiche.


Principali Responsabilità:

  • Progettare, selezionare e dimensionare attrezzature meccaniche statiche per impianti industriali
  • Effettuare calcoli di progettazione e analisi di stress su attrezzature statiche in conformità con i codici internazionali (ASME, API, AS1210)
  • Collaborare con il team di ingegneri e altre funzioni per sviluppare soluzioni ottimali per il design e la gestione delle attrezzature statiche
  • Sviluppare e redigere specifiche tecniche
  • Supportare la scelta dei fornitori e le attività di approvvigionamento, monitorando i tempi di consegna e il rispetto degli standard di qualità
  • Condurre ispezioni e verifiche periodiche sugli static equipment esistenti per garantire che siano in buone condizioni operative
  • Fornire supporto tecnico durante l'installazione e la messa in servizio delle attrezzature meccaniche
  • Gestire attività di manutenzione preventiva e risoluzione di guasti per garantire la disponibilità e l'affidabilità delle attrezzature
  • Documentare e mantenere aggiornati i disegni, le specifiche e i rapporti tecnici relativi alle attrezzature statiche


Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Chimica industriale o equivalente
  • Esperienza comprovata di almeno 3 anni come Mechanical Static Equipment Engineer, preferibilmente in settori come Oil & Gas, Energia, Chimica o impiantistica industriale
  • Capacità di progettare e dimensionare attrezzature meccaniche statiche in base alle esigenze tecniche e ai requisiti di processo
  • Conoscenza di Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD 2D/3D
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese (scritta e parlata)
